1. Enrollment Policy

By enrolling in our Forex Trading Course, you agree to the following terms:

• Course Enrollment: You must complete the registration process, including submitting necessary personal information and payment for the course, to secure your spot.

• Access to Course Materials: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to all course materials. These may include videos, articles, live sessions, and other resources.

• Eligibility: Our courses are open to individuals of all experience levels. No prior knowledge of forex trading is required.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness to all students. Please review the details below:

• Refund Request Timeframe: You may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 50% of the course content (this includes downloading materials, watching videos, attending live sessions, etc.).

• Refund Eligibility:

  • Full Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of the start of the course and have not accessed any course material, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: If you have accessed some course content, a partial refund may be offered. The amount refunded will be based on the percentage of content accessed and the time since enrollment.

  • No Refund: Refunds will not be granted after 7 days from the start of the course, or if you have completed 50% or more of the course materials. No refund will be issued for live sessions that have already occurred.

• Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at renewedchoice@gmail.com within the refund window. Your request will be reviewed, and if eligible, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after first reply.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Course Cancellations by Renewed Life: In the event that we cancel a call, a refund will not be applied but you will be reimbursed with another educational call.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise (e.g., medical emergencies, technical issues). In such cases, we may consider extending the refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

5. No-Show and Non-Participation

Refunds will not be issued for students who do not attend the course, fail to participate in live sessions, or do not engage with the provided course materials.

6. Change of Terms

Renewed Life reserves the right to update and change this refund policy at any time. Students will be notified of any changes, and updated terms will apply to new enrollments moving forward.
