Spam policy

To protect the quality of our services and ensure the best learning experience, we have established the following Spam Policy. This policy applies to all communications and activities within our Forex Trading Course platform.
1. Definition of Spam
Spam refers to unsolicited, irrelevant, or inappropriate content, messages, or advertisements sent to other users within the course environment. This includes, but is not limited to:

Unsolicited Promotions: Any promotional material for products, services, or websites unrelated to the course, including affiliate marketing links.

Excessive Messaging: Repeatedly sending the same or similar messages, or irrelevant content, to other participants.

Offensive Content: Sending messages or content that is offensive, inappropriate, or harassing, including offensive language, images, or links to harmful websites.

Mass Messaging: Sending bulk messages to multiple participants or instructors without consent.

Link Farming: Posting links to external websites for the purpose of gaining traffic or promoting unrelated products, services, or offers.
2. Prohibited Behavior
The following actions are strictly prohibited within our Forex Trading Course:

Spamming other members: You may not send unsolicited messages or promote products, services, or external websites to other course participants.

Advertising Competitor Courses: Promoting courses, trading tools, or educational materials that are competitive or unrelated to the content of the course is prohibited.

Misleading or Deceptive Information: You may not share false or misleading information that could confuse or mislead other members regarding trading strategies or course material.

Data Harvesting: Collecting personal information (such as email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details) of other course participants without consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Enforcement and Penalties
We take violations of our Spam Policy seriously to maintain a high-quality learning experience. If a participant engages in any form of spamming, the following actions may be taken:

Warning: A warning will be issued to the offending user, informing them of the violation and asking them to cease the behavior.

Temporary Suspension: If the offending behavior persists after a warning, the user may be temporarily suspended from accessing course materials or participating in live sessions.

Permanent Ban: In cases of severe or repeated violations, the participant’s account may be permanently banned from the course platform, and they will lose access to all course materials without a refund.
4. Reporting Spam
If you encounter any form of spam within our course, we encourage you to report it immediately to our support team. You can report spam by:

We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all participants.
5. Third-Party Platforms
If our Forex Trading Course is hosted on a third-party platform (such as a learning management system or community forum), you must also comply with the anti-spam policies of that platform. Any spamming activities on external platforms associated with the course will result in the same penalties as outlined above.
6. Changes to the Spam Policy
Renewed Life reserves the right to update or modify this Spam Policy at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated policy will apply to all users moving forward.
